I got the same question! It looks like everything is there except the actual "Event Store", as strange as it sounds. Do I expect an event store to do snapshots? No. Snapshots are defined by my application, not the database. Query models? Same stuff, I need control over those, as well as query APIs. Broker-style messaging? That's what brokers are for. I need my Event Store to, well, store events, so I can read them (not just "stream" them), and that bit somehow got lost.
